AIMS Postgraduate Poster Symposium 2018
AIMS POSTGRADUATE POSTER SYMPOSIUM was organized by Applied & Industrial Mathematics (AIMS) research cluster on 12 December 2018 at Mathematics Support Centre (MSC). The program aims to provide a platform to postgraduate students of UMP especially from AIMS research cluster to share and present their research findings with the publics. The event received 16 participation from postgraduate students and encouraging numbers of undergraduate students were welcomed as visitors.
At the end of the program, 3 best posters were selected based on criterias such as the content, information layout and presentation. They were awarded with cash prize worth RM100 each. The best posters winners are Siti Nurashiken Binti Md Sabudin with a poster entitled Mathematical Modeling to Predict the Performance of the Photovoltaic Module, Siti Hanani binti Mat Yasin whose poster entitled Investigation Number MHD Number Stagnation of Ferrofluid Flow Point: Keller's Box Method and Laila Amera Aziz with Mathematical Mapping title on the Conventional Boundary Layer of Non-Newtonian Viscoelastic Micropolar Liquid.
