Research summary

My current research activities are occupational safety and occupational health in manufacturing and construction industry. I actively involved with industrial based research activities to help the industry in managing occupational safety and health issues. The recent activities that been conducted are ergonomics risk assessment, behaviors based safety program, safety climate assessment survey and I also used to help industry to comply with the Malaysia legal requirement with the introductory of computerized OSH management system.
