The Occupational Safety and Engineering Research Group (OSERa) conducts research related to occupational safety, ergonomics, process safety and engineering. This includes application area such as safety assessment system, ergonomic risk assessment system and proses safety system. The group believes that the combination of knowledge from occupational safety, health, engineering and technology is key to ensure the safety, health and welfare of employees in the workplace. The group is intended to encourage cultivate and collaboration among occupational safety, health and engineering researchers (National and International).

The Occupational and Environmental Health (OcEH) research group conducts research related to occupational and environmental health. Environmental health relates to how air, water, food and our physical environment can affect our health, for better or for worse. Occupational health relates to keeping people healthy at work. Our team’s research applied surrounding resources for improvement in environmental and occupational health. This includes application area such as industrial hygiene, health risk assessment, ergonomics and SHE Management for the benefits of community and environment.
